With on-campus classes and activities being limited for Spring 2021, Dining locations will offer limited options and we will not be able to have Community Nights, we hope that we can continue this in the future, we are just unsure at this time.
Community Nights take place every Tuesday evening during the academic year when classes are in session at both of our residential dining locations, Fresh Food Cafe (FFC) & Nolan’s from 5-8pm. Community Nights give faculty and staff a way to experience the outside of the classroom community among our undergraduate Blue Jays. Our goals for these opportunities are centered around showing our Blue Jays what community really means in the broader sense – One Hopkins can manifest itself in some of the most common spaces where Blue Jays gather including in our residential dining locations. This program is free to faculty, staff and their guests and gives them a way to experience the residential dining program where community and comradery is formed for our Blue Jays, you can see and be seen by our Blue Jays while simply having a casual dining experience. For additional information on our two residential locations, please see our Where to Eat page.
Does your department want to co-sponsor and collaborate on a Community Night at the Fresh Food Cafe (FFC) or Nolan’s? If so, reach out to us at Dining@jhu.edu.
If you are a faculty or staff member and are interested in attending, please check back in the fall for sign-ups.
