KORU Mindfulness is a 4-week introduction to mindfulness and meditation. These workshops are open to all Homewood graduate and undergraduate students. These are taught as a weekly, 75-minute class over four weeks. This round will be led by three trained JHU Koru instructors – Carol Spencer (CHEW/Health Promotions), Susan Han PhD (Counseling Center, and Cara McNamara MPH (academic advisor in Public Health).

Participants must be able to attend all four meeting dates on September 27, October 4, 11 and 18. Register here.
