JHU Counseling Center
Located on the Homewood Campus in Baltimore, we are a comprehensive counseling center accredited by the International Association for Counseling Services. Our purpose is to provide high quality professional psychological services to students in support of the university’s academic mission.
We provide services to the full-time graduate and undergraduate students of the Krieger School of Arts and Sciences, the Whiting School of Engineering, and the Peabody Institute of Music. Our services include individual and group psychotherapy to students experiencing emotional and behavioral difficulties. We also provide outreach and educational programming to assist students with common developmental issues and problems associated with college-age or special student populations. In addition, our Center provides support to the general University community through consultation and training to faculty and staff who need assistance dealing with student and student-life problems. Finally, the Center is committed to provision of training for doctoral students in clinical and counseling psychology.
