Director, National Fellowships Program
Before coming to Hopkins in 2011 to create the National Fellowships Program, Kelly Barry spent most of her career in faculty life. A Germanist by training, her research has focused on the relationship of imaginative literature to rhetoric, aesthetics, and anthropology in the 18th and 19th centuries. She taught at Columbia University and Colgate University. Kelly received a Fulbright Student Grant to Germany and currently serves on the Fulbright National Screening Committee.
