Student Leadership Resources

Leadership, Engagement and Experiential Development has developed a series of resources and programs for all the different types of student leaders at Johns Hopkins. These one-time offerings are designed to introduce students to leadership concepts and promote continuing exploration of what students can accomplish both on-campus and in Baltimore City.

Leadership Weekends

Leadership Weekends are campus-wide leadership conferences supported by the Student Leadership Consultants that are open to any current undergraduate student. The 1876 Leadership Weekend in the fall is focused on helping individuals prepare for a successful year ahead, while the Homewood Leadership Weekend in the spring is designed to help groups on campus plan ahead successfully transition leadership. Partner offices on campus often hold specialized trainings for their student staffs and organizations in conjunction with these conferences.
