JHU undergrads, fill out our 15-minute survey and have a chance to win a prize!
We invite you to make your voice heard by completing our needs assessment!
This survey is open to all current JHU undergraduate students regardless of sexual orientation or gender identity. This survey will help LGBTQ Life to know more about Hopkins students, and will help us to provide better services.
At the end of the survey, you will be given the option to be placed in a drawing for one of five $15 prizes of your choice. This will be through a link to begin a completely different form. Your name and email address will not be linked to your survey responses.
