Assistant Director of Life Design: Athletics
Jess is a die-hard Ravens fan who loves spending her free time traveling the world and doing anything that involves sports. She is a former women’s basketball student-athlete from West Virginia University where she earned her degree in industrial engineering before transitioning to work at Connors Group. After recognizing that her life passion laid within athletics, Jess decided to make a career change and attend the University of Oregon to earn her MBA in sports business. She found her love for helping student-athletes with their personal and professional development while in her role as the Coordinator of Student-Athlete Development at Oregon. She is driven to help student-athletes as they begin their journey in determining what their life purpose is. If she could tell her college self anything, it would be to trust and enjoy the twists and turns of life because you will end up exactly where you should be.
