Assistant Director, Multicultural Affairs

Isaac Hollis (he/him) currently serves as the Assistant Director for Multicultural Affairs. Previously, he worked with leadership development in the Office of Leadership Engagement & Experiential Development at Hopkins. Originally from the south suburbs of Chicago but moved to Baltimore in 2020 to start his higher education journey. He received a M.A. in Higher Education Administration at Morgan State University. At Morgan State he lectured and facilitated graduate course sessions on Queer theory, as well as sexual and gender identity development. At Morgan he did research around Black men and their mental health. He received his B.A. in Organizational and Leadership Communications and earned a concentration in Queer Studies at Illinois State University. In his current role, he will lead the department efforts around leadership development and intercultural learning experiences.
