Breath, stretch, balance and relax all from the comfort of your living room. Take just 30-minutes out of your Monday evening to be in the moment, inhale deeply, exhale away your physical, mental, and emotional tension.
No experience is necessary, this low-intensity class is suited for all experience & fitness levels.
This class is a part of our Monday-Minis Series, with 30-minute back-to-back sessions. Feel free to stay from 4-6:30 or even all the way through F45 (6:30-7:15pm) or come and go as you please!
