Join the lovely Nila for 60-minutes of relaxation and centering of self co-sponsored by the Student Wellness and the Counseling Center.

You will focus on your breath, tune in with your physical and mental beings, and unburden from every day stressors.

No prior yoga experience or special attire needed.
