Mindful Vinyasa

Mindful Vinyasa is a lower key, slow-paced flow with gentle transitions and an emphasis on the mind-body-breath connection. You will have the opportunity to practice less strenuous poses and to take the time to dive deeper into stretches and they create, exploring the yin side of yoga.

Modifications will be offered for all levels, no experience necessary.
