Short Surrender

Surrender Yoga is a Yin-style yoga with long connective tissue stretches and meditative breathing for greater mobility and self-acceptance. In this class, you’ll hold passive yoga poses for a period of time to strengthen flexibility and mobility.
This class is a part of our Monday-Minis Series, with 30-minute back-to-back sessions. Feel free to stay from 4-6:30 or even all the way through F45 (6:30-7:15pm) or come and go as you please!
