***We recommend utilizing a pair of 1-5 lb dumbbells or household items (ie soupcans, laundry detergent, water jugs), however the workout can be completed with just body weight!

This class is a part of our Monday-Minis Series, with 30-minute back-to-back sessions. Feel free to stay from 4-6:30 or even all the way through F45 (6:30-7:15pm) or come and go as you please!
