Power Yoga Flow is an energetic, fast-paced flow with quick transitions and an emphasis on building strength. You will have the opportunity to practice more advanced inversions, arm balances, and deeper variations. The extended, 75-minute session time will give you extra space to explore new and challenging poses and to expand your yoga experience.

Modifications will be offered for all levels, but it is recommended that you have practiced yoga before.

Resistance training is an essential for building both muscle mass and bone density.

F45’s strength training sessions use functional movement patterns to help members to increase muscle mass and endurance. Each resistance workout is designed to target power and stabilization for a solid base of functional strength, resulting in stronger, leaner, more defined muscles.
