F45 Cardio @ Zoom

F45 is a functional 45-minute circuit-based workout in a high tech, high energy, team environment. Cardio is the focus on Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays. Strength is the focus on Tuesdays & Thursdays.

Cardio sessions encompass using different energy systems for a maximum burn. F45’s specially curated cardio workouts use plyometric movements, timing and tempo to blast both your aerobic and anaerobic systems, resulting in muscle building and metabolism boosting sessions. Bring your A Game to these high energy sessions and really put your stamina and endurance to the test!

Mindful Yoga with Nila @ Zoom

Mindful Yoga (sponsored by the counseling center & CHEW) is a lower key, slow-paced flow with gentle transitions and an emphasis on the mind-body-breath connection. You will have the opportunity to practice less strenuous poses and to take the time to dive deeper into stretches and they create, exploring the yin side of yoga.

Modifications will be offered for all levels, no experience necessary.

Power Yoga Flow

Power Yoga Flow is an energetic, fast-paced flow with quick transitions and an emphasis on building strength. You will have the opportunity to practice more advanced inversions, arm balances, and deeper variations.

Modifications will be offered for all levels, but it is recommended that you have practiced yoga before.

Resistance training is an essential for building both muscle mass and bone density.

F45’s strength training sessions use functional movement patterns to help members to increase muscle mass and endurance. Each resistance workout is designed to target power and stabilization for a solid base of functional strength, resulting in stronger, leaner, more defined muscles.
