PDOS Service Site Application

Application Status

President’s Day of Service is Saturday, September 21, 2019. Service site applications close on August 15.

Thank you for your interest in President’s Day of Service! Learn more about how to get involved and become a service site. Any local community organization or agency who would like to participate as a service site for PDOS must submit the online application below and be approved as a site. A supervisor must be available and present for the duration of the service project.

Before you begin the application, be aware of the following:

  • There are multiple questions (see below), including specific supply requests.
  • Once you begin the application, you do not have the ability to “save” it.
  • We encourage you to review the application, save any necessary information in a separate document, and cut/paste it into the application when you are ready to submit it.

If you have additional questions about President’s Day of Service or the service site application, please contact the President’s Day of Service Coordinators at volunteer@jhu.edu or (410) 516-4777.
