Michelle White, DNP

Women's Health Nurse Practitioner

Michelle Schramm (she/her/hers) is a board-certified Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP) who joined the Student Health and Wellness Center team in December of 2020. Prior to coming to Johns Hopkins, she worked at Princeton University in University Health Services as the Coordinator of Sexual Health and Wellness for over 7 years. While at Princeton she implemented new services to increase access to care and improve the health of the students including colposcopy, Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis for HIV, and gender affirming hormone therapy. She earned her BS and MSN degrees from Vanderbilt University, a Graduate Certificate in LGBT Health Policy and Practice from George Washington University, and her DNP degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Her clinical interests include contraception, GYN procedures, and gender affirming care. In her free time, Michelle enjoys boating, travelling, and spending time at the beach with her family.
