Student Job Fair, 9/1/2017
Attendance is FREE but we ask that departments have at least 3 open positions that you will be hiring for, especially since the fair attracts such a large number of students. If you have less than 3 positions, you may find that you fill them quickly but you are expected to remain at your table entire the fair closes at 1pm. For this reason, if you have only 1 or 2 student job openings, we encourage you to post them on our Student Jobs Database – Post/Close Job.
Seating & Refreshments
For your convenience, you will have the option to choose a full-table which seats up to 4 staff (or) half-table for 2. Table linens and signs will be provided with your department name. Also, a FREE continental breakfast will be available beginning at 9:30am and beverages will be provided throughout the event. Light refreshments will be served during the noon hour as well.
Space is limited, however we will attempt to accommodate all requests. Registration will be honored on a first-come, first-serve basis. Therefore, we urge you to submit your registration form EARLY; the deadline is Monday, August 14, 2017
Visitor parking is available on the Homewood Campus, South Garage. The cost ranges between $13.00 and $19.00 depending on the length of stay. Directions to the garage as well as a map of the campus will be provided upon registration.
Employers needing electric outlet(s), end-of-aisle seating, etc., may specify their wishes when registering. Space is provided on the Registration Form for these types of special needs.
Cancellations must be received 72 hours prior to the job fair in order to be invited back, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Should an emergency arise on the day of the fair, please email email@example.com
