UHS Primary Care Appointments Line: 410-955-3250
For all medical appointments, please call the general center number at 410-955-3250 during our regular hours (8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday and 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. on Wednesday; closed daily from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. for lunch). For any urgent primary care medical concerns after hours or on the weekend, please call our main number at 410-955-3250 and stay on the line to be connected with our nurse triage service.
If you are unable to contact us via phone, please e-mail the UHS Primary Care Medical Office Coordinators and someone will respond to you as soon as possible.
We are often able to schedule same-day appointments if you call us early in the day. However, on occasion, UHS can become very busy, and available appointment slots for the day are filled quickly by mid-morning, so please call early if you would like to be seen the same day. We try to offer appointments based on urgency. If you have an urgent condition and need to be seen right away, we will do our best to accommodate you. However, please avoid walking in to be seen without calling us first. Calling us ahead of time allows us to plan our schedule to accommodate your needs and prevents a long wait.
For routine appointments we will see patients within 1-2 weeks. If we are unable to offer you an appointment with 2 weeks, please contact the clinic and ask to speak with a manager.
If you will not be able to keep your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible so that we can provide this appointment time to another patient.

For telemedicine services, we are using Doxy.me. The link to providers’ virtual offices are listed below. Please note, access to the telemedicine service is dependent on the web browser used. UHS Mental Health Appointments Line: 410-955-1892
The UHS Mental Health team consists of psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, and support staff. Our Mental Health Director is Dr. Elizabeth Kastelic.
To make your first appointment, please call our UHS Mental Health Main Appointment Line at 410-955-1892.
In order to schedule a follow up appointment with your mental health counselor and/or psychiatrist, please contact one of our UHS Mental Health support staff at 410-955-1892.

For any urgent mental health concerns after hours or on the weekend, please call 410-955-1892 and follow the instructions to speak with a mental health professional. In case of an emergency, go to the Johns Hopkins Hospital Emergency Department or the closest emergency department immediately.
