The Digital Diversity Day is designed to engage students, faculty, and staff around race, identity development, and intersectionality through the framework of the Critical Race Theory. Our Digital Diversity Day series will continue with Ms. Nashia Whittenburg, Director of Office of Multicultural Affairs & School of Social Work Lecturer at North Carolina State University. Ms. Whittenburg has 20 years of professional experience in the field of Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion within Higher Education. This workshop will investigate the systemic and environmental impact of race and racism within America higher education institution and explore ways to create change from an anti-racist lens.
