Policy expertise: Adult and Postsecondary Education, Career Pathways, Federal Postsecondary Policy, State Aid and Other Financial Supports, Workforce Development, Racial Equity, Criminal Justice, Immigrant Children and Families Duy Pham is a policy analyst focused on CLASP’s justice portfolio and sits on the youth team. He works across the organization to drive CLASP’s strategy around intersectional economic justice and criminal justice reform. His core areas of work include a focus on racial equity, adult and postsecondary education, workforce development, and reentry and reintegration pathways. Duy was previously a research assistant with CLASP’s Postsecondary and Workforce Development team. Prior to joining CLASP, Duy was a public interest fellow at the Bell Policy Center in Denver, Colorado. He holds a bachelor’s degree in international political economy from Colorado College and a master’s degree in public policy from the McCourt School of Public Policy at Georgetown.
