Office of Multicultural Affairs & Women and Gender Resources would like to invite you to watch WIND RIVER (2017) and join us for a post-film discussion.

This film showcase the current political and social struggles of Indigenous People, particularly the incredibly prevalent and underrepresented issue regarding murder & sexual assault of women in reservations.

WIND RIVER is a thriller that follows a rookie FBI agent (Elizabeth Olsen) who teams up with a local game tracker with deep community ties and a haunted past (Jeremy Renner) to investigate the murder of a local girl on a remote Native American Reservation in the hopes of solving her mysterious death.
