Method 1: Help during your move-in and orientation period

During your move-in and orientation period, the on-site ResNet IT Event will be available in the AMR 2 Basement Social Lounge during the dates and times specified below to help if you have trouble connecting to our network or have any other IT issues/questions.

2024 ResNet IT Event Dates & Times

Monday, August 19 10am–4pm
Wednesday, August 21 10am–4pm
Friday, August 23 10am–4pm

Method 2: Visit the Technology Center

In addition to the on-site ResNet IT Event, another available option is to visit the Technology Center located on the 1st Floor of Levering Hall, Sherwood Room. The Technology Center is not only open during the move-in and orientation period, but it is also open throughout the year.

Their normal days and hours of operation are:

Monday–Friday: 9am–5pm
Saturday–Sunday: Closed

Method 3: Contact the Johns Hopkins IT Help Desk

The Johns Hopkins Help Desk is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year for assistance. They can be reached by phone or online.

Online through the myJH Portal, click the ‘Helpdesk’ drop down and select the appropriate icon to report a problem/submit a self-service ticket.
