Staff IT Project Request Form
Please complete this form to request a new IT project within University Student Services.
This form can be used to submit new IT project requests, including:
· Applications being considered for purchase
· IT services or solutions being considered for purchase
· Apps (cloud or on-premise) that require Single Sign On integration (SSO Auth)
· Audio/Visual consultations and installations
· Data integration for apps (cloud or on-premise) via API or file transfer
· Departmental IT consulting, including process analysis and improvement
· M365 review including Sharepoint/OneDrive file migration from existing mapped network drives
· Departmental IT equipment review
