Grace Galiani
Assistant Director, FLI Network
Grace Galiani is the Assistant Director of the FLI Network. A proud Baltimore native, she attended the Institute of Notre Dame in Baltimore City and earned a bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences with a concentration in Community Health Education from Towson University.
Grace has been part of the FLI Network for over two years, leading with empathy. She deeply values the power of storytelling and often shares her journey as a first-generation college student with the community. Passionate about serving students, she is committed to providing the most holistic support possible to help them succeed during—and beyond—their journey at Johns Hopkins.
She lives by Maya Angelou’s powerful words: “People will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel.” That sentiment serves as her north star, guiding both her work and her daily interactions.
Beyond her professional responsibilities, Grace is a mother and a wife. She and her husband are raising their three children to advocate for themselves, live their truth, and serve their community. In her free time, she enjoys practicing self-care, supporting her kids unconditionally, catching a Broadway show whenever possible, and watching more youth soccer games than she can count.
