Resources for Student Conduct & Academic Ethics
Jessica Oros (she/her/hers), Director of Student Conduct, manages the conduct process and academic ethics process for undergraduate students for Johns Hopkins Krieger School of Arts and Sciences and the Whiting School of Engineering and the Advanced Academic Programs. Jessica also manages all non-academic violations for the University including the conduct process for student organizations.
Amy Beltran (she/her/hers), Associate Director of Student Conduct, manages the day-to-day conduct process for individuals and student organizations across the University. The Associate Director has oversight of residential conduct for the Homewood and Peabody campuses. Amy also spearheads the development of alternative resolution processes for the office.
Charles Drummond (they/them/theirs), Assistant Director of Student Conduct, oversees the academic ethics processes in the office for undergraduate students in Krieger School of Arts and Sciences and the Whiting School of Engineering, as well as graduate students in the Advance Academic Programs. Charles also leads efforts to educate students, faculty, and staff about academic integrity at Johns Hopkins University.
Bernard Nichols (he/him/his), Student Conduct Coordinator, manages residential student conduct for the Homewood and Peabody campuses. Bernard also facilitates educational workshops for students to learn more about values-based decision-making, policies, and being a member of the Hopkins community.
Jackie Stelmaszczyk (she/her/hers), Student Conduct Investigator, supports conduct investigations on an as-needed basis and assists with conducting training initiatives for conduct administrators and university conduct investigators.
Niyo Rukundo (she/her/hers), Senior Administrative Coordinator, oversees and supports all administrative duties and responsibilities pertaining to the Student Conduct Program.
