Intersession Course: “Applying Yourself: External Fellowships”
Dr. Miller will be offering a 1-credit course about writing competitive external fellowship applications, which will meet on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays 4:00-5:30pm from January 5 to January 23.
In this writing-based course students will work on how to craft competitive applications for prestigious external fellowships, notably those overseen by the NFP. While learning skills to produce this specific type of writing, students will compose a completed fellowship application by the end of the class. Recent JHU winners of external fellowships will visit the class to share their experiences with the application process and the grant itself.
Open to undergraduate students in all fields. For more information, please click here or email Dr. Miller. Registration opens on December 2.
