Theater Production Coordinator
Daniel Lopez is a JHU Alumnus from Gardena, California. He attended Johns Hopkins University from 2010 to 2014, graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in Film and Media Studies. Daniel became involved with the JHU Theater department after being asked to act in a show for Dunbar Baldwin Hughes Theater Company. He discovered a love of set design and technical execution of those designs after meeting his predecessor, mentor, and friend William C. Roche, for whom he worked for 3 and a half years as a work study student. Daniel is privileged to be coming back to his Alma Mater to serve the visionary students of the JHU theater and arts groups because he understands wholeheartedly how theater here impacted his life. He wants to do everything in his power to serve, support and achieve the dreams of the students he works with.
