Nadege Shepherd has joined the office of Arts and Innovations as a Budget Specialist with more than 20 years of experience in accounting, education, manufacturing and real estate sectors. Previously, she held the role of the Accounting Specialist for the Dean of Student Life Office managing all forms of financial accounts within various departments. Nadege holds an Associates of Liberal Arts degree from Baltimore County Community College and is currently pursuing a Bachelors of Arts in Humanities at the University of Maryland Global College. Ms. Shepherd has a proven track record of senior-level executive support, management, and training. Her philosophy centers around team building and providing excellent service.
