Replace or Update a J-Card

It’s important to keep your J-Card with you at all times and to protect it from damage as much as possible.

J-Card Lost or Stolen?

Take one of the following actions to secure your account:

  • Log into SIS Self-Service and click on the “Freeze J-Card” link in the “My J-Card” page
  • Log into the eAccounts app, tap the three-dot menu and select “Card Management” to deactivate your card
  • Call to report the missing J-Card:

Card Replacements & Updates

If you can’t find your card, stop by the J-Card Office in Garland 51 to replace it. J-Cards should also be replaced if they are damaged, not working properly or the photo is no longer recognizable. We can also print a replacement card if you’d like to update your photo, reflect a name change (must be updated in SIS/JHED first), a new role, or school affiliation.

There is a $20 fee to replace and/or update your J-Card. Fees are payable by cash, credit card or J-Cash.
