Rafaela Dreisin
General Manager, Hopkins Symphony Orchestra
Rafaela Dreisin is a non-profit administrator with over ten years of experience working in the performing arts industry, specializing in event curation and marketing.
Ms. Dreisin most recently served as the Associate Director of Marketing with Baltimore Center Stage where she oversaw the organization’s external marketing efforts. Previously, she served as the Director of Audience Development for the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra. While at the BSO, Ms. Dreisin spearheaded events like Off The Cuff after-parties, the BSO’s New Music Festival events, and was central to executing the BSO’s Pulse series.
Rafaela is a graduate of the Peabody Institute of The Johns Hopkins University and has called Baltimore home for over a decade. In addition to her work with BCS and the BSO, Ms. Dreisin is the co-Director of Classical Revolution Baltimore, a chamber music series that organizes performances in non-traditional venues. These include bars and the live broadcast series Classical Music 4 People w/ Short Attention Spans on indie rock radio station WTMD. In addition, Rafaela has been featured in the Baltimore Sun, Baltimore Magazine, and has presented at TEDxMidAtlantic.
