Joe joined the Hopkins Dining team in summer 2022 and is our Chef Manager of the Peabody dining locations. He has a degree in professional cooking baking & pastries through culinary school. Joseph brings 25+ years of experience in the hospitality industry to his role at Hopkins.
Some of Joe’s favorite parts about the Hopkins Dining program is getting to engage with the staff and students. His favorite types of menu items are anything related to seafood, you can normally find Joseph’s specialty dishes and recommended menu items for special events featuring seafood favorites.
When Joseph is not busy in the kitchen or creating delicious menus, he likes to garden, go for hikes and do anything related to the beach. He is also happily married with two wonderful kids; a son and a daughter.
