Dominic Frink

Foodservices Manager, Nolan's on 33rd

Dominic has been with the Hopkins Dining team since September 2024 as the Nolan’s on 33rd Food Service Manager where he manages all operations at the location. He is a 20 plus year veteran in the food and beverage industry with 13 plus years in management. Born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland in the Sandtown community, Dominic started his career at McDonalds and worked his way up. Dominic is passionate about food and making guests smile through food and service. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore.

Dominic’s favorite part of the Hopkins Dining program is the ability for interaction with our students, faculty and staff and seeing them happy and enjoying their dining experience. His favorite foods are dessert and pizza. When Dominic isn’t on campus helping the Nolan’s on 33rd team succeed, he enjoys sports, movies, live music, and cooking for his family and friends.
