Hopkins Dining Cookbook Recipes

The Hopkins Dining Cookbook consists of a collection of recipes that have inspired our team of culinary experts: Joseph Bollinger, Lizeth Cadena, Pedro Duarte, Hamilton Goss & Nicholas Wood.

As we’ve recently transitioned to self-operated dining, one of our goals is to showcase the overwhelming diversity that is the Hopkins Dining team. Coming from various backgrounds and experiences, our team is replete with talented individuals who work to serve Johns Hopkins University every day.

Each of our culinary experts are thrilled to share the inspiration behind their work and a few of their favorite recipes. This book includes dishes inspired by our team’s respective cultures to family recipes passed down from generation to generation. Through these recipes, we hope that you can recreate them in your own homes and/or share them with your families.
