Daily Grind is committed to bringing you the best coffee and freshest food in all of Baltimore. Our coffee is hand roasted, selected and processed daily at a micro-roaster right here in Baltimore City. We prepare all food on every day with the freshest ingredients most of them locally sourced. We fresh bake our own pastries and breads each morning.

Niecy’s Fabulous Juice Bar

Niecy’s Fabulous Juice Bar is a local, family-owned, women-owned, and minority-owned cafe offering healthy and affordable food options. The restaurant’s menu features salads, wraps, cold-pressed juice and smoothies. Their name pays homage to two very important people in their lives. One was their mother, a poet and community worker who went by the name of “Niecy”. The other comes as their grandfather “Tigre”, a successful businessman who owned The Fabulous Sands Cafe in Brooklyn, NY.

Kitschenette

Kitschenette features sandwiches, coffee and good vibes to make your day a little brighter. Kitschenette was founded by a former pastry chef who wanted to keep making good food at affordable prices. Her team of absolute rockstars show up every day to spread love in the community, one sandwich at a time. They will learn your name. and learn your coffee preference. Why Kitschenette? A bit of a double meaning. Cute and short for kitchen? Check. Ironically remarking on our product being for the popular palette and not anything like our former lives of plate wipes and sauce swipes? Also, check. Though Kitschenette can mean lowbrow or poor quality, they love the aesthetic. Loud colors, cat clocks and ridiculous art, they wanted to go just the edge of being over the top without going too far. Plus, where better to be Kitschenette than Baltimore? They love the knick-knacks in this city. Their little cafe is meant to brighten your day and give you that warm, fuzzy feeling like your grandmother’s house. They dare you to leave without smiling. It’s nearly impossible.

Insomnia Cookies was founded in a college dorm room in 2003 at the University of Pennsylvania, by then student, Seth Berkowitz and we have been feeding the insatiable hunger of our fans ever since. What makes us so great? We specialize in delivering warm, delicious cookies right to the doors of individuals and companies alike. What’s not to love?

Today we have more than 90 locations and are still growing! Whether you’re feeding a craving or a crowd, our offerings of cookies, brownies, cookie cakes and even cold milk have you covered. We also serve and deliver ice cream at most of our locations…for real!

No matter what your cookie needs—from late night study breaks, sending gifts to a college kid far from home, anniversary gifts, birthday gifts, just-because gifts or group orders for your next event or meeting—Insomnia Cookies are available when you need them most with most of our locations delivering daily from 10 a.m.–3 p.m.
