Jacqueline Weiss
Dietitian
Jacqueline has been a member of the Hopkins Dining team since June 2022 and supports students in navigating our dining locations pertaining to specific dietary preferences and allergens or helping those wanting to learn how to build balanced, healthful meals. She works directly with our chefs and staff to increase the availability of healthful foods and plant-forward foods on campus. She also collaborates with campus partners to increase general health knowledge on our campus. Jacqueline earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Nutritional Sciences from Cornell University, her Master of Science degree in Public Health in Human Nutrition from the Johns Hopkins University Bloomberg School of Public Health and is also a Registered Dietitian-Nutritionist.
Jacqueline’s favorite part about the Hopkins Dining program has been getting the opportunity to work with students and staff of various educational, professional, and cultural backgrounds. Her favorite menu item on campus is Levering Taco Kitchen’s salad with plant-based carnitas and lots of toppings. When Jacqueline isn’t on campus you can find her outside hiking, backpacking or camping. She loves working out, running, taking the time to travel, and loves to eat.
