Joudy Kirlew

Food Service Manager, Retail Operations

Joudy has been a member of the Hopkins Dining team since the summer of 2022, and serves as our Food Service Manager for our Retail Operations overseeing the day-to-day operations at Charles Street Market and Levering Café & Kitchens. She earned a degree in Food Marketing and a minor in Culinary Arts from Johnson & Wales University. Joudy has over 20 years of experience in food service.

One of Joudy’s favorite parts about the Hopkins Dining program is the people. She loves meeting new people from all around the world and getting to know our Blue Jays. Her favorite menu item is the burrito from Levering Taco Kitchen, it’s so delicious!

When Joudy is not on campus, she loves spending time with her children, especially by the water- they love to go swimming! Joudy is so happy to be a part of the JHU community.
