Kiani Waikiki

Assistant Food Service Director- Residential

Kiani joined Hopkins Dining in February 2025 as the Assistant Food Service Director for Hopkins Dining residential operations. In her role, Kiani focuses on student satisfaction and engagement, quality execution and service and is responsible for the development and growth of the operations team. She attended Daytona State College in Hospitality and has had over 18 years of experience in restaurants, bars, golf and country clubs, performing arts centers, arenas and stadiums. She most recently comes from M & T Bank Stadium where she worked for two seasons as the Concessions Manager where she focused on building a cohesive relationship with local non-profit groups and subcontractors to run food stands on game days. She also worked closely with the Ravens Guest Experience Team to ensure a great experience for all patrons.

Kiani’s favorite part about Hopkins Dining so far is our student engagement and inclusion among our menu, operations and engagement. Her favorite food item is Thai food specifically Red Curry and Tom Kha. When Kiani is not on campus, her hobbies include anything involving water, farmers markets, antique/thrifting stores, Broadway shows & local theatre and concerts. She is also an animal lover and a music enthusiast.
