Lindsey Gignac

Foodservice Systems Manager

Lindsey has been a Hopkins Dining team member since July 2023, managing our food service system, point of sales systems, and other technology. She has over 15 years of hospitality experience in restaurant management and operations and earned her bachelor’s degree in Family Science and Public Health from the University of Maryland in 2015. Lindsey uses her passion for people and operational experience to collaborate and support the Hopkins Dining team in many ways.

Lindsey’s favorite part about Hopkins Dining is being a part of a team that has a passion for growth, community, and student engagement. Her favorite food on campus is anything from Levering Taco Kitchen! Outside of work, Lindsey enjoys finding new, fun trails to walk, spending time with friends and family, gardening or anything that sparks creativity.
