Stephanie Sufczynski
Marketing Specialist
Stephanie joined the Hopkins Dining team in 2011 as the Dining Programs Coordinator and had an inaugural role working with our past two contracted dining services and helped to transition and grow the department into a self-operated model. Stephanie is now part of the Hopkins Dining marketing team working with programming and engagement on campus. You can find her working with the Student Advisory Board or planning fun events and giveaways for our Blue Jays. She earned her Bachelor’s of Science degree in Business Communications from Stevenson University and her Master’s of Science degree in Higher Education with a secondary concentration in Student Development and Affairs from Drexel University. Stephanie’s experience at Johns Hopkins University over the past 12 years has allowed to her grow and enjoy her passion for student involvement and event planning. She loves working with students who are passionate about their outside of the classroom education and working with our Hopkins Dining team.
Stephanie’s favorite part of the Hopkins Dining program has been watching our engagement with students’ transition and evolve to self-op. It has been great to see the team grow from two team members to 30+ management team members and 100+ bargaining unit team members. Stephanie has so many different menu favorites across campus, one of which is the Little Piggy Sandwich from Toasty at Levering or the fried okra that can be found on the menu rotation at the Hopkins Café.
Stephanie’s favorite things to do when not on campus include spending time with her 2-year-old daughter and husband. She also enjoys being outside and working on crafts.
