Alexia Billiart

Financial Operations Manager

Alexia joined the Hopkins Dining team in Fall 2024 as the Finance Manager of University Student Services’ Auxiliaries. She oversees the daily financial operations including billing, procurement, vendor management, travel reimbursements, and payroll for Hopkins Dining. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Spelman College and her MBA from the Johns Hopkins University Carey Business School. Her experience includes finance roles with Robert Hall Inc., Sesame Workshop and the James Beard Foundation.

Alexia’s favorite part of our program is the variety of food options that are offered. Her favorite food that we serve is the rice bowl with lamb from Mosaic Global Kitchen in Levering Kitchens. When Alexia is not at work, you can find her exploring new restaurants since she is a foodie. She also loves attending live performances: concerts, ballets, plays and musicals, and comedy shows. However, her favorite and most important role is being a mom to her two incredible kids.
