Recipe Development Chef
Dale has been a member of the Hopkins Dining team since September 2024 and is our inaugural Recipe Development Chef who focuses on developing and standardizing new recipes, making food exciting, replicable, sustainable, healthy and delicious. Dale has his Culinary Arts degree from Pennsylvania Institute of Culinary Arts and has 30 years of experience in food service industry including owning his own restaurant and being a personal chef for a prominent Orioles player.
Dale’s favorite part about the Hopkins Dining program is the warm and welcoming staff. His favorite food that we offer are the cookies, they are so good! When he is not busy on campus creating culinary masterpieces for our locations, he likes to spend time with his family including his 3 kids, 2 goats and his cat. He loves sports and of course, food. Dale is super excited for this chapter in his life.
