Daniel Piotrowski
Foodservice Systems Administrator
Daniel joined the Hopkins Dining team in March 2023 and his role is to oversee all the point-of-sale systems and technology for Hopkins Dining. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Tourism & Events Management from George Mason University. Daniel’s previous experience includes numerous managerial roles with Marriott International and Live! Casino & Hotel Maryland and Aramark. Some of Daniel’s favorite parts of our program include the people and culture from the Hopkins community ranging from our students, faculty and staff including our own Hopkins Dining team members. Some of his favorite menu items include Buffalo & Old Bay Chicken Bites.
When Daniel isn’t on campus,, you can find him exercising with his family’s one-year-old golden doodle, Gus, whom they take on hikes, trips to the beach, and kayaking. Additionally, Daniel also enjoys visiting family and friends across the DMV region, exploring new craft breweries, playing golf, and following all the major sporting events. Some of his favorite sports teams include the Washington Capitals, Detroit Lions, and Baltimore Orioles.
