Quality Assurance & Safety Coordinator
Kylie joined Hopkins Dining in January 2025 as the Quality Assurance & Safety Coordinator for Hopkins Dining. In her role, Kylie assists the Sanitation and Safety Manager with ensuring workplace & food safety through training, auditing, & working with the local health departments. Her position helps our team run safely and effectively within food service standards. Kylie has a degree in Culinary Nutrition from Johnson and Wales. Kylies background in foodservice has taken her from owning her own catering company/food truck to working as a chef for a children’s hospital and then being a Food Coordinator overseeing operations at seven K-12 schools.
Kylie’s favorite part about Hopkins Dining so far is the diversity in our food selections & the welcoming environment of our team and Blue Jay Community. Sushi has always been one of Kylie’s favorite foods. When Kylie is not busy at Hopkins, she likes to read and play volleyball. She also has a 5-year-old corgi who loves to take walking and exploring!
