Laurie has been a member of the Hopkins Dining team since June 2022 and supports the management of the food service system for the Hopkins Dining team. Her favorite parts of the Hopkins Dining Program are the Blue Jay Tuesday Pop-Ups we offer across campus, these are fun community engagement programs that bring the whole campus together from students, staff and faculty. Laurie’s role lets her see every single menu item we offer across campus, and her favorite item is our Chickpea Curry. When Laurie is not on campus working hard, you can find her gardening, baking, or taking long walks with her dog.
