Local Flavors

Hopkins Dining prides itself on incorporating locally-sourced ingredients in our menu offerings. We understand that the utilization of fresh, quality produce makes all the difference in the overall health and dining experience of our guests. Each month during the academic year, Local Flavors will highlight a new recipe featuring ingredients from one of our local partnerships. Hopkins Dining local partnerships include Roseda Beef, Taharka Brothers and more!

Hopkins Cooking Series

The Hopkins Cooking Series returns with cooking classes for students to participate in. Once a month, guests can join the Hopkins Dining culinary team to learn basic cooking skills and techniques that can be applied to life outside of the classroom. This class is geared towards enrichment of students while also encouraging students to cultivate meaningful relationships with the Hopkins Dining leadership team. To participate in the Hopkins Cooking Series, fill out the form below. Please note that we have limited capacity, sign-ups are on a first-come-first serve basis and will fill up fast. We will send confirmation emails letting you know if you made the list.
