HopMC

We are a group of JHU students, under guidance of the DMC, who want to recreate the Hopkins campus in Minecraft. We have factions, survival, creative, and mini-game servers planned for the future.

JHU Emojis Now Available!

“Blue Jay Emojis” is a project idea for a unique set of custom-made emojis and animated stickers tailored for the Johns Hopkins community, designed by the Johns Hopkins community. This project was created by member Jeanne Lee and made possible by the DMC’s Digital DaVinci Award.

Diana Hla was inspired to create her own podcast, Exploring Health Equity, after taking the DMC’s Podcast Bootcamp intersession course.

Member Profile: Irving Nestor

Irving Nestor came from a Computer Engineering background but has always loved film and film making. He created Operation First Light through Saul Zaentz Innovation Fund in Film & Media. He wanted to create a fun and exciting short film that brought out the inner-child of his audience.

Electronic Valentine Workshop

On Thursday, February 7, 2019, we made Electronic Valentines! We used LED’s, conductive tape, conductive paint, and craft supplies to make one of a kind Valentine’s Day cards.
