Michael Prinkey

Associate Director, Community Engagement

Mike (he/him) is an experienced education and nonprofit professional, particularly in the areas of student affairs and youth mentoring. He has extensive experience promoting LGBTQI+ and accessibility awareness, social-emotional learning, and increasing community engagement/volunteerism. Mike is a first-generation, queer professional with live experience in state-systems. This has encouraged a professional focus on building consistent, supportive communities for youth and college access for young adults.

Mike received his Master’s in Education from Northeastern University and a Bachelor’s in Sociology and Gender Studies from Washington & Jefferson College. He has worked in various higher education spaces and youth mentoring nonprofits through New England and Pennsylvania.
