Julie Rivera

Student Leadership Specialist

Julie Rivera (She/Hers) joined the CSC in late fall 2021 as the Student Leadership Specialist. Julie is a first generation Salvadoran American and is a Maryland native, originally from Montgomery County. She has been living in Baltimore since 2016 and has earned both her Bachelors and Masters in Social Work from the University of Maryland Baltimore County (UMBC) and the University of Maryland School of Social Work.

Julie joined us from Loyola University Maryland in Multicultural Affairs, primarily working on leadership development for student leaders in their office and coordinating various programs and initiatives. Julie has a passion of working and developing student leaders and connecting them to the greater Baltimore community.
