Why is there an application deadline?
Application deadlines are set to allow advising to clear graduates in a timely manner and for the Office of the Registrar to process conferrals efficiently. Once the deadline to apply has passed the option to choose the correct completion term will no longer be available in SIS. Late applications to graduate will need to be completed using a paper application form. Late applications may delay receipt of your e-diploma and/or paper diploma.
Can I update my address after I applied to graduate?
You can update your diploma address in SIS up until the date of conferral for the term in which you are graduating. If you are unable to update in SIS, please contact SEAM. Diploma address changes made after the date of conferral may delay receipt of your e-diploma and/or paper diploma.
Can I pick-up my diploma?
Diplomas are mailed to the diploma address provided on the application, approximately 6-8 weeks after the conferral date. Delivery dates vary based on domestic or international couriers. The diploma will be mailed directly from our vendor. We will not be able to provide tracking information. However, if you do not receive your diploma after two (2) months from the conferral date, please contact us through SEAM.
