Carolyn J Harris

Associate Director for Leadership Development

Carolyn J. Harris joined Johns Hopkins in January 2020 as the Associate Director for Leadership Development in the Student Leadership and Involvement Office. Carolyn will work to create and maintain leadership programs for undergraduate students including Hopkins Lead, Class Councils, Lecture Series, Omicron Delta Kappa, among other programs. Carolyn earned her Bachelor of Arts from California State University, Fresno in Interior Design and her Master of Science in Higher Education, Student Affairs from Florida State University. She is passionate about student leadership development, identity development, and helping students become better versions if themselves and is looking forward to working with Johns Hopkins students, faculty, and staff.
